My steps aren't showing up

Global Steps reads steps from Apple Health. Open the iOS Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → Global Steps and make sure Steps is turned on. Then relaunch the app to refresh.

How do leagues work?

You're placed in a league of walkers around the world. The week's total step count determines your rank. The top players get promoted, the bottom get relegated, and a new week starts every Monday.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone, tap Global Steps, and cancel from there. You'll keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period.

Restoring a purchase

Open the paywall inside Global Steps and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID you used to subscribe.
